Is the craft packaging environmentally friendly?
We believe strongly in reducing our carbon footprint wherever we can. The Activity and craft packs we offer 100% recycled and recyclable. The plastic windows included in some of the packaging are PET. All activity kit package labelling is also made from sustainably forested label and Kraft stock. And where this packaging includes wood, it’s made from sustainably harvested trees.

How do I get the most out of the activity or crafts kits?
1. Encourage your child to think creatively. Our kits are designed to nurture imaginative solutions. In other words, there’s no one right way to do it.
2. Experiment! Let them play around with color, materials, tools and design. Even if it leads to mistakes. No matter what, it’s a great learning experience.
3. And have fun! Making something together is a wonderful way to create memories you can share forever. And don’t worry if you don’t finish the project in one session. Pack it away for another day.

What’s the perfect age for my child to start enjoying activity kits?
Our kits and crafts are designed to inspire children ages 4-10 to explore and engage in creative ‘open-ended’ play. Because it’s a universal truth: kids everywhere love to learn, explore, create and play.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards at checkout on our online shop. Alternatively you can also write in and we will provide you with an invoice to make a payment via bank transfer.

How long until my order is delivered?
Depending on the product it can take from 1 to 7 days.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only supply within Switzerland.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. *Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]

How much will I be charged for shipping?
At Bazinga we offer a flat rate for shipping. All orders over CHF100 qualify for free shipping .
 
How do I return my product?
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to art, furniture, custom-made items, items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products.
  • Returned items must be shipped back - i.e., picked up or processed by mail carrier - within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and in original packaging if applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
  • If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Maisonette store credit for any future purchases on our site.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES:

When will my box arrive?
If your order was processed before the 4th of the month you will arrive your first box by the 14th. If your order was proceeded after the 4th of the month your first box will only be received in the the 14th of the following month. Subsequent boxes arrive on the 14th of the month.

If I get a 3 months subscription for the 4-6 box but might want to change to the 7 - 9 box will that be possible?
Yes, that won’t be a problem. Simply write into us at [email protected]. we will update your order. You will simply have to pay any outstanding balance for the change of order.
